Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces to meet hygiene standards.
- Ensure store shelves, fitting rooms, and restrooms are consistently clean, tidy, and well-stocked.
- Assist with the organization and maintenance of merchandise displays to keep the store looking its best.
- Support cashier operations during busy periods, including bagging items and processing transactions accurately.
- Restock supplies such as cleaning materials and toiletries as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.
- Report any maintenance issues or broken equipment to the management team immediately.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or general educational development (GED) certificate.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or retail cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
- Physically fit to perform cleaning duties and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and organization.
- Basic communication skills and a positive, customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Must pass a pre-employment medical examination.
