Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of all indoor restaurant areas, including dining floors, restrooms, and kitchen surroundings.
- Perform daily deep-cleaning tasks to ensure a sanitary environment for guests and staff.
- Manage the upkeep of outdoor areas, including terraces, walkways, and entrance ways.
- Handle cleaning equipment and chemical agents safely and effectively according to safety guidelines.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report stock shortages to management.
- Assist in setting up and resetting dining areas to ensure they are ready for service.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during routine cleaning to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard for cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Physical stamina to handle routine cleaning tasks throughout a full shift.
- Good understanding of health and safety standards in a food service environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and possess a positive attitude.
- Ability to work on a contract basis and follow a shift schedule.
- Willingness to work in the Ubud, Bali area.
