Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms and public areas
- Train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping staff performance
- Inspect rooms and facilities to ensure compliance with 5-star standards
- Manage inventory control for cleaning supplies and equipment
- Resolve guest concerns related to housekeeping services
- Collaborate with maintenance, front desk, and F&B departments
- Implement and maintain hygiene and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in housekeeping management, preferably in 5-star hotels
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in housekeeping management systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
