Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of residential construction sites to verify compliance with blueprints and specifications
- Identify and document construction defects, safety hazards, and non-compliance issues
- Review and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and engineering plans
- Collaborate with contractors and project teams to resolve inspection findings
- Prepare detailed inspection reports with photographic evidence and corrective recommendations
- Monitor construction progress and quality control measures throughout project phases
- Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and Summarecon's quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction inspection or quality control
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
- Certification in building inspection (e.g., AKI, BPKP) preferred
- Strong attention to detail with analytical problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments
- Willingness to travel to various construction sites in Bandung area
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
