Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
  • Oversee administrative functions including payroll processing, benefits administration, and record maintenance
  • Develop and implement HSE policies, conduct regular safety audits, and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution, performance management, and training coordination
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies
  • Organize workplace safety programs and emergency response protocols
  • Coordinate with external agencies for compliance certifications and regulatory reporting

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration and HSE coordination
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations
  • Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) preferred
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
