Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR and Management teams, including scheduling, correspondence, and report generation.
- Assist in the full cycle of recruitment processes, from posting job advertisements and screening resumes to scheduling interviews and coordinating onboarding for new hires.
- Maintain and update accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
- Process and verify employee attendance, leaves, and assist with basic payroll data compilation.
- Support employee relations initiatives by assisting with inquiries, benefits administration, and organizing staff events.
- Manage office supplies inventory, ensuring all departments have necessary resources for smooth operations.
- Assist in coordinating employee training and development programs.
- Handle general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing incoming/outgoing communications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in an HR or administrative support role, preferably within the hospitality or resort industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with HRIS software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for employee welfare and hospitality.
