Tanggung Jawab
- Assist HR Manager in executing core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Manage recruitment processes from job postings to interview coordination and offer management
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, document preparation, and record maintenance
- Oversee office operations including supply management, equipment maintenance, and facility coordination
- Perform field duties as required including site visits, employee engagement activities, and off-site meetings
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
- Support in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or recruitment coordination
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholder interactions
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Willingness to travel occasionally for field duties and off-site activities
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
