Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Manage employee records, documentation, and HR database maintenance
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and office supply inventory
- Support employee onboarding programs and training initiatives
- Coordinate office facilities, events, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Assist in employee relations matters and conflict resolution
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential personnel files
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of HR administration experience (fresh graduates encouraged)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
