Smartt Precision Mfg Pte Ltd. is seeking a proactive and organized HR/Admin Assistant to join our team in Changi. As a key support player, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our HR department and general office functions.

In this role, you will be the backbone of our administrative activities, assisting with the employee lifecycle, documentation, and facility management. You will work within the fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing sector, gaining valuable exposure to industrial HR practices and organizational workflows. Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding preparation.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including leave management, attendance tracking, and personal file maintenance.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding company policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
  • Manage office administrative tasks, including procurement of office supplies, vendor coordination, and document filing.
  • Assist in the preparation of payroll data and support HR managers in monthly reporting and audit compliance.
  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role; experience in the manufacturing industry is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with high levels of discretion and integrity.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, positive attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
