Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Prepare and process payroll data accurately while ensuring timely submission to relevant authorities
- Monitor and maintain employee attendance records, leave balances, and timekeeping systems
- Manage comprehensive personnel files, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
- Oversee office administration including supply inventory, facility coordination, and vendor management
- Support HR compliance initiatives including labor law updates and policy implementation
- Coordinate employee welfare programs and administrative support for company events
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR coordination or administrative roles
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labor regulations
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
