Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Process payroll accurately and maintain confidential employee records
- Administer employee benefits programs and resolve benefits-related inquiries
- Monitor manpower requirements and assist in workforce planning for operational projects
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company HR policies
- Coordinate employee documentation and maintain up-to-date personnel files
- Support department heads with staffing analysis and HR reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of HR/administrative experience, preferably in hospitality
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor standards and HR compliance requirements
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of confidentiality and attention to detail
