Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Manage employee records, documentation, and personnel files in compliance with company policies and regulations
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and orientation materials
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits, leaves, and compensation
- Coordinate HR-related communications, including announcements, policy updates, and employee feedback collection
- Support HR initiatives, training programs, and employee engagement activities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role
- Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
