As an HR Admin Assistant, you will be the backbone of our HR operations, handling everything from employee record-keeping to coordinating recruitment processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the HR team with various administrative tasks related to human resources functions
- Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases
- Support recruitment processes by posting job vacancies, screening applications, and scheduling interviews
- Assist in onboarding new employees, including preparing documentation and orientation materials
- Handle employee inquiries and provide information regarding HR policies and procedures
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as required by management
- Coordinate HR activities such as training programs, employee events, and meetings
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or related role
- Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and time management skills
