Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist with full-cycle recruitment processes, including screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
  • Manage and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and strict confidentiality of HR data.
  • Coordinate internal communication, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Handle general office administration tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and processing of employee benefits and leave requests.
  • Organize company events and team-building activities to foster a positive work environment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR and administrative support roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and employment regulations is an advantage.
  • Must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila.
