Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
  • Maintain and update personnel files, HR databases, and employee records with strict confidentiality.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and responding to internal and external correspondence.
  • Coordinate with the payroll team to verify attendance records and process leave applications.
  • Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
  • Provide general HR support and act as a point of contact for employee queries.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR, Admin, or a similar support role.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
  • High level of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
