Tanggung Jawab
- Support recruitment processes by screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all HR data
- Process leave applications, track attendance, and manage employee documentation
- Oversee locker management, including distribution, maintenance, and inventory
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and handling correspondence
- Assist in onboarding new employees, preparing orientation materials, and conducting introductions
- Support HR initiatives, including training coordination and employee engagement activities
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth administrative operations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or coordination
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
