Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in recruitment processes including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications
- Manage employee records, onboarding documentation, and HR database maintenance
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, correspondence, and office supply management
- Support HR initiatives including employee engagement activities and training coordination
- Manage office operations including meeting arrangements, travel bookings, and event logistics
- Assist in payroll processing preparation and benefits administration support
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information and company data
Kualifikasi
- GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent; Diploma in HR/Business Administration preferred
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn new systems/processes
- Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident status required
