Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all salary payments
- Handle foreign worker management, including permits, compliance, and documentation
- Oversee administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals
- Manage employee benefits programs and compensation structures
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to staff
- Collaborate with department heads to address HR and administrative challenges
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administrative management
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and regulations
- Experience with foreign worker management and compliance
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proven leadership experience in a retail environment preferred
