Join CICOR Panatec as our HR & Admin Assistant Manager and drive strategic human resource initiatives in Batam. This pivotal role oversees the entire HR lifecycle, from talent acquisition and employee development to compensation management and organizational design. You'll ensure operational excellence by managing industrial relations, compliance with labor regulations, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The position requires balancing administrative precision with strategic HR planning to support company growth and employee satisfaction. Ideal candidates will leverage expertise in recruitment methodologies, benefits administration, and organizational development to optimize workforce performance while maintaining legal compliance and administrative efficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
- Design and implement compensation/benefit structures aligned with market standards
- Drive organizational development initiatives through job analysis and structure optimization
- Coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee capabilities
- Manage industrial relations and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Oversee administrative functions including permits, documentation, and legality compliance
- Develop HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years HR experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Expertise in Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certified HR Professional (CHRP/SHRM-CP) preferred
