Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from talent sourcing to onboarding.
  • Manage daily administrative operations, including office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility management.
  • Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Facilitate performance management programs, training initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
  • Handle payroll administration, benefits enrollment, and leave tracking with high attention to detail.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance on HR policies and conflict resolution.
  • Develop and implement office procedures to improve overall operational efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in an HR or Administrative management role.
  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Proven ability to perform well under stress and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and support a diverse team.
