Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and contract renewals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems.
- Assist in the preparation and management of employment contracts.
- Process payroll support and benefits administration for assigned business units.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve HR-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Support HR initiatives and shared service operations for healthcare clients.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Experience in the healthcare or shared services environment is highly desirable.
