Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment administrative tasks including scheduling interviews, candidate coordination, and database maintenance.
- Oversee daily office operations, including vendor management, office supplies procurement, and facility coordination.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires, ensuring all documentation is compliant and complete.
- Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing professional administrative support.
- Prepare regular reports on HR metrics and office administrative spending for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving capabilities.
