Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage employee contracts including preparation, renewal tracking, and compliance verification
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HRIS systems
  • Administer employee benefits programs including enrollment, claims assistance, and provider coordination
  • Support HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and documentation workflows
  • Assist in payroll preparation and attendance record verification

Kualifikasi
