Tanggung Jawab
- Manage employee records and maintain confidential HR databases with accuracy
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Handle administrative tasks including document preparation, filing, and office supply management
- Support employee onboarding procedures and orientation programs
- Process payroll documentation and benefits enrollment
- Coordinate company events and employee engagement activities
- Act as primary point of contact for HR inquiries and policy clarification
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of HR administration experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR compliance
