Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily HR operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Maintain accurate personnel files, attendance records, and HR documentation.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Handle general office administration, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and filing.
  • Organize company events, team building activities, and ensure the office environment is welcoming and well-maintained.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations for management review.
  • Support the management team with ad-hoc projects and special administrative tasks.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
