Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
- Develop and maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance documentation
- Handle payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records management
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and space management
- Organize company events, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs
- Act as primary liaison between staff and management regarding HR matters and administrative concerns
- Monitor workplace safety protocols and ensure compliance with Singaporean labor laws
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of HR and administrative experience in Singapore
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's Employment Act and labor regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (due to diverse workforce)
- Proven ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
