MD Tool Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly motivated HR & Admin Executive to join our team in Skudai, Johor. This is a pivotal role where you will play a key part in fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring the seamless operation of our daily business activities.

In this role, you will act as the backbone of our administrative and human resource functions. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll administration and performance management. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, leave logs, and attendance tracking systems.
  • Oversee the monthly payroll processing, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Handle employee grievances and provide guidance on company policies and workplace conduct.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the performance appraisal cycle to track employee growth and objectives.
  • Support general administrative office duties, including filing, documentation, and office supply procurement.
  • Assist in organizing company events and internal communications to boost employee engagement.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in an HR or administrative capacity.
  • Solid understanding of Malaysian Labor Law and related employment acts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software/payroll systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
