Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
- Oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement for all staff.
- Maintain comprehensive employee records and manage HR documentation in compliance with local labor laws.
- Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks, including procurement of supplies and facility management.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a seamless experience.
- Prepare timely HR reports, including attendance tracking, leave management, and performance summaries.
- Assist in the implementation of company policies and employee engagement initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and administrative procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in an HR or administrative support role.
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR software/payroll systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Fresh graduates with a strong academic background and relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
