BNL Group is seeking a dedicated and proactive HR & Admin Executive to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with management, taking full ownership of the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. You will play a crucial role in helping us attract and retain top talent in a thriving industry. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. We are looking for an organized individual who can handle confidential information with discretion and contribute to a positive work culture.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring strict compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Coordinate and schedule management meetings, manage travel arrangements, and handle general office administration.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Assist in benefits administration, payroll support, and processing of HR documentation and contracts.
- Support management in talent acquisition initiatives and conduct new hire orientations.
- Conduct regular check-ins with staff to address concerns and foster a positive work environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in an HR and administrative role.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, employee relations, and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and exceptional time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
