In this pivotal role, you will act as the backbone of our operations, ensuring that our human capital and administrative functions run seamlessly.

As our HR & Admin Executive, you will play a crucial role in shaping a positive workplace culture while maintaining the highest standards of compliance. You will handle the full spectrum of HR operations, from talent acquisition and employee relations to performance management and administrative coordination. We are looking for an individual who is not only detail-oriented but also capable of driving people development initiatives that align with our high-performance engineering standards. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate administrative office functions to ensure smooth daily operations and resource management.
  • Support performance management cycles, including appraisal coordination and employee feedback loops.
  • Manage payroll administration, leave tracking, and benefits enrollment for all staff.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and training programs to foster a high-performing and positive company culture.
  • Handle vendor management and office procurement processes to ensure cost-efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in HR or Administrative roles, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact at all organizational levels.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Japanese is an added advantage.
