Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, and interview scheduling.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation in compliance with local labor laws.
- Manage office administrative tasks, including supplies procurement, facility coordination, and vendor management.
- Support payroll preparation and employee benefits administration.
- Organize company culture initiatives and team-building events to foster a positive work environment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office inquiries and staff requests.
- Assist management with ad-hoc business operations and reporting tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
