- Maintain and update accurate employee records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality in HR systems.
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.
- Coordinate and support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration process.
- Administer employee leave applications, benefits enrollment, and other HR-related documentation.
- Support payroll processing by gathering, verifying, and submitting necessary data and information.
- Handle general HR inquiries from employees, providing accurate information or directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Prepare various HR reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
- Assist with the organization and implementation of HR programs, initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in an HR administrative or executive capacity.
- Solid understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment legislation in Singapore.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all administrative duties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with all levels of staff.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
