You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, handle employee onboarding, and ensure smooth daily office administration. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews across multiple regions.
  • Manage employee onboarding and off-boarding procedures to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Oversee daily administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and handling internal correspondence.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Support HR operations such as payroll processing assistance, leave management, and benefits administration.
  • Coordinate company events and employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive employee and company information at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in HR and general administrative roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and employment practices is an advantage.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential data.
