Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Oversee employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate payroll administration and statutory compliance (EPF/SOCSO/EIS)
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation systems
  • Administer office facilities, procurement, and vendor management
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Support organizational development and training programs
  • Handle administrative tasks including correspondence, scheduling, and expense management

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of HR and administrative experience
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
