Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of salary disbursements
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes
- Handle employee relations matters, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment
- Provide administrative support for MOM compliance, including work permit applications and renewals
- Manage employee records, documentation, and HR database maintenance
- Organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities
- Assist with general office administration, including procurement of office supplies and equipment
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR and administration roles
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and MOM regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
