Join Ramly Food Processing as a key HR & Admin Executive and drive our people strategy forward. This comprehensive role encompasses the full HR spectrum – from recruitment and payroll management to compensation & benefits, industrial relations, and employee training development. You'll play a pivotal role in managing foreign worker compliance, including permits and documentation, while overseeing the operations of our workers' hostel to ensure a safe and conducive living environment. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape HR processes in a dynamic FMCG environment while directly impacting employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and retention strategies
  • Process accurate and timely payroll for all employees while ensuring statutory compliance
  • Administer compensation & benefits programs and conduct regular benchmarking analysis
  • Handle industrial relations matters including employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and union relations
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance metrics
  • Oversee foreign worker applications, permits, and compliance with immigration regulations
  • Manage workers' hostel operations including maintenance, safety protocols, and welfare programs
  • Maintain and update HRIS systems and ensure data integrity across all employee records

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of generalist HR experience with exposure to payroll and industrial relations
  • Proven expertise in Malaysian labor laws and foreign worker regulations
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills with ability to handle sensitive matters
  • Experience in managing employee training programs and performance management systems
  • Knowledge of FMCG or manufacturing industry HR practices is advantageous
  • Certification in HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) preferred
