Join Ramly Food Processing as a key HR & Admin Executive and drive our people strategy forward. This comprehensive role encompasses the full HR spectrum – from recruitment and payroll management to compensation & benefits, industrial relations, and employee training development. You'll play a pivotal role in managing foreign worker compliance, including permits and documentation, while overseeing the operations of our workers' hostel to ensure a safe and conducive living environment. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape HR processes in a dynamic FMCG environment while directly impacting employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and retention strategies
- Process accurate and timely payroll for all employees while ensuring statutory compliance
- Administer compensation & benefits programs and conduct regular benchmarking analysis
- Handle industrial relations matters including employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and union relations
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance metrics
- Oversee foreign worker applications, permits, and compliance with immigration regulations
- Manage workers' hostel operations including maintenance, safety protocols, and welfare programs
- Maintain and update HRIS systems and ensure data integrity across all employee records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of generalist HR experience with exposure to payroll and industrial relations
- Proven expertise in Malaysian labor laws and foreign worker regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills with ability to handle sensitive matters
- Experience in managing employee training programs and performance management systems
- Knowledge of FMCG or manufacturing industry HR practices is advantageous
- Certification in HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) preferred
