As our HR & Admin Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activities, managing employee records, and assisting with payroll processing. You will also handle vendor management, office supplies, and general clerical duties. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure a seamless experience.
- Assist in payroll processing and maintenance of attendance records.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee databases.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including meeting coordination and correspondence.
- Manage office logistics, vendor relations, and general office management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR and general administration.
- Familiarity with HRIS software and payroll systems is preferred.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices in Singapore.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
