As our HR & Admin Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of our organization. You will be the heartbeat of our office, ensuring that both HR processes and administrative workflows run seamlessly. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including leave management and attendance tracking.
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Coordinate office administrative tasks, including procurement of office supplies and managing facility inquiries.
  • Support payroll preparation by ensuring all data and claims are processed accurately and on time.
  • Assist in organizing company events, staff engagement initiatives, and internal communications.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports and documentation for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and internal company policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in an HR or administrative capacity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professional ethics regarding sensitive employee information.
  • Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with Singapore Employment Act and local labor laws is an added advantage.
