Tanggung Jawab
- Manage comprehensive HR administration functions including employee records, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Develop and implement corporate culture initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
- Handle internal communications including newsletters, announcements, and company-wide events
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening applications, and coordinating interviews
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving workplace issues
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Manage HR documentation and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Collaborate with management to implement HR policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of HR administration experience, preferably in the banking sector
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations in Singapore
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
