We are seeking a dedicated HR & Admin Executive to join a dynamic team within the construction sector. This role offers excellent career exposure, working a stable 5.5 days a week. You will be responsible for managing core HR functions, including recruitment support and payroll processing, alongside essential administrative duties such as document management and office coordination. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating a fast-paced construction environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for construction site staff and office personnel, including job advertising and candidate screening.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely submission of CPF and tax-related documentation.
- Coordinate logistics for site visits and manage administrative support for contractors.
- Maintain comprehensive personnel files, employment contracts, and leave records with strict attention to detail.
- Handle employee inquiries, conduct onboarding activities for new hires, and assist with employee relations matters.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, manage office supplies, and support general daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR & Admin, preferably within the construction, engineering, or facilities management industry.
- Familiarity with Singapore employment laws, CPF Act, and IRAS filing requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of organizational efficiency.
