Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment administrative tasks including job postings and interview scheduling.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS database.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including document preparation and equipment coordination.
- Handle general office administrative duties such as procurement of office supplies, invoice processing, and facility management.
- Support the HR team in payroll preparation and leave management administration.
- Coordinate staff welfare activities and internal communications.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and internal company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR operations or administrative support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Meticulous attention to detail and high level of data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Understanding of Singapore Employment Act is highly advantageous.
