Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Handle employee lifecycle administration from onboarding to offboarding documentation
- Organize staff engagement activities and company culture initiatives
- Oversee office operations including procurement, vendor management, and facilities coordination
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration
- Support HR analytics and reporting for strategic decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of HR and administrative experience (fresh graduates welcome with relevant internships)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms
- Strong understanding of Malaysian employment laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven experience in event coordination and staff engagement activities
