Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing Mandarin-speaking candidates to onboarding
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and performance management processes
- Oversee administrative functions including office management, event coordination, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company culture and growth objectives
- Support Mandarin-speaking employee communications and cross-cultural integration
- Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives
- Maintain accurate HR records and manage employee data systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in HR and administrative roles
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) and English
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labor regulations
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with cross-cultural sensitivity
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
