Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end payroll processing cycle accurately and in compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, leave, and attendance tracking systems.
- Handle statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) and ensure timely submission to relevant authorities.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including document filing, office supplies management, and record-keeping.
- Assist in the recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, interview coordination, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Prepare HR reports and analytical data for management review as required.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and payroll-related matters.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in HR operations or payroll administration.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, Employment Act 1955, and statutory regulations.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and professional integrity.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
