Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Administer accurate and timely payroll processing, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Maintain and update comprehensive employee records and personnel files.
  • Coordinate employee engagement programs and initiatives to boost morale and retention.
  • Ensure strict adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to streamline operations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and payroll administration practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel) and HRIS platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under minimal supervision.
