Maestro Holdings is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Admin Intern to join our dynamic team in Makati City. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, working alongside experienced HR professionals to support our daily operations.

As an HR Admin Intern, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our employee records, streamlining documentation processes, and ensuring smooth HR administrative workflows. We are looking for an individual who is eager to learn, possesses strong communication skills, and is passionate about contributing to a positive company culture.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the HR team in maintaining and updating digital and physical employee records with high accuracy.
  • Prepare essential HR documents, including offer letters, memos, and employment certifications.
  • Track and monitor pre-employment requirements and onboarding checklists for new hires.
  • Coordinate with different departments to facilitate smooth document collection and signature processes.
  • Support the team in recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and sourcing potential candidates.
  • Assist in organizing company-wide internal events and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct data entry tasks and maintain confidentiality of sensitive personnel information.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
  • High level of integrity and professional ethics when handling confidential data.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Makati City.
