Vanli Auto Spares Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Admin Intern to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. Tanggung Jawab

  • Support HR operations including employee onboarding, record keeping, and documentation management
  • Assist with recruitment activities such as resume screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases
  • Maintain accurate personnel files and HR documentation in compliance with company policies
  • Support the preparation of employment contracts, letters, and other HR-related correspondence
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and employee development programs
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth administrative workflows
  • Help monitor and maintain compliance with local labor laws and company regulations
  • Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence handling

Kualifikasi

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of HR concepts, recruitment processes, or administrative procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Self-motivated with a proactive learning attitude and willingness to take initiative
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
