Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of maritime industry talent
- Oversee comprehensive HR operations including payroll processing, benefits administration, and performance management
- Coordinate office administration including vendor management, facility maintenance, and procurement
- Provide tier-1 IT support for hardware, software, network issues, and cybersecurity protocols
- Develop and implement HR policies ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor regulations
- Manage employee relations through conflict resolution, engagement initiatives, and disciplinary actions
- Maintain digital infrastructure including system backups, software updates, and access controls
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Information Technology
- Minimum 3 years combined experience in HR, administration, and IT support roles
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (KUHT) and maritime industry regulations
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills with expertise in data analysis and reporting
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent technical qualifications preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with experience in cross-functional team environments
