Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement for all employees.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding.
  • Maintain precise digital and physical records, including employee files and administrative documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of management reports and basic account data entry to support financial oversight.
  • Coordinate office administrative tasks, including supply procurement and facility management.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and company initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding leave, benefits, and company policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HR or office administration, preferably within the E-commerce or SME sector.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and administrative software tools.
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in data entry and payroll reconciliation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to handle cross-functional tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain high levels of confidentiality.
