In this role, you will be the backbone of our operations, balancing strategic human resource initiatives with essential administrative management to ensure our engineering projects run seamlessly.

As our HR & Admin Manager, you will lead end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, and office administration. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding and offboarding.
  • Manage employee records, attendance, and payroll administration to ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Develop and implement company policies that promote employee engagement and productivity.
  • Coordinate administrative office activities, including procurement of supplies and facility maintenance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution.
  • Assist management in organizational development and performance appraisal programs.
  • Ensure compliance with government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in HR and Administrative management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and employment regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional integrity.
